Zero Emission Trucks and Buses

Karin Rådström has been the CEO of Daimler Truck since October 2024. Her ambition is to build the best truck and bus company in the world – for customers, employees and shareholders. Before becoming Group CEO, Karin Rådström was CEO of Mercedes-Benz Trucks from 2021 to 2024. In this role she made customer centricity a priority across the organization and significantly strengthened the profitability of the business. Prior to joining Daimler Truck, she held several leadership roles at Scania, where she began her career as a trainee in 2004. Karin Rådström was born on February 22, 1979 in Södertälje, Sweden. She has lived in six different countries on three continents and holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Karin is also a board member of Atlas Copco.

Till Oberwörder, born on February 1, 1971, is CEO Daimler Buses. He graduated in business administration at the Julius Maximilian University Würzburg in 1998 and joined the international Trainee Group at former DaimlerChrysler AG in Stuttgart. In 2006 he was appointed President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Česká Republika in the Czech Republic. In February 2011 he returned to Stuttgart and became responsible for Sales at Mercedes-Benz Vans, and in April 2012 was appointed Head of Marketing, Sales and Aftersales at Daimler Buses and Director Sales at EvoBus GmbH. In July 2015 he became Head of Marketing, Sales and Services at Mercedes-Benz Trucks, responsible for global Sales and Aftersales activities. Till Oberwörder has been CEO Daimler Buses since April 1, 2018, responsible for the bus division of Daimler Truck.
